Unfortunately we had to make a sad trip up to Ohio at the end of August, as Ellie's great grandma passed away. The day of the service was beautiful and it would have been exactly what Grandma would have wanted. Still, it was difficult to say good-bye. She will be missed terribly. We had a nice time visiting with our cousins and thier kids, as always. 
The past couple of years we have gone up to the beach to celebrate. This year was no exception, but this year we did things
a little differently. Instead of going up to Rehoboth, we went to Ocean City. I haven't stayed in Ocean City since my Senior year in high school. We stayed with the Brophy family at a family friends house. We had a great time exploring Ocean City and taking Ellie to the rides on the boardwalk.
